Desarrollo de modelos basados en simulación y optimización heurística como soporte para la toma de decisiones en operaciones de transporte de carga fluvial

Este artículo presenta el diseño e implementación de modelos basados en simulación y optimización heurística para apoyar el proceso de toma de decisiones en operaciones de transporte de carga fluvial. Su desarrollo implica formular y solucionar modelos de optimización mediante la simulación de operaciones de flujo de carga a lo largo del río Magdalena (Colombia). Las decisiones también son tomadas con re-lación a la gestión de centros de distribución ubicados a lo largo del río y a la demanda de servicios que una empresa transportadora pueda atender en los puntos de destino. Un análisis de sensibilidad se realiza sobre los parámetros de capacidad, planeación de transporte, expansión y localización, todo esto a escala táctica y operativa.Descargas
